Crush Men’s Health Concerns with Exercise

There are various methods available for us to take care of the exquisite machine that we call the human body.  Luckily for us, there are so many tools readily available for men to do just this.  One of the best tools is exercise.  Men have many specific health and aesthetic concerns that the right exercises can address.  Let’s look at a few of them and see what kind of fitness training may help us men to cope with them.

It is impossible to reduce fat storage in one particular part of the body alone(spot reduction).  Total body resistance training can help you to accomplish this objective.  Stimulate muscle growth and remember that muscle uses fat as a fuel source just to exist.  Work a total body weight routine into your work week.  Train body parts in this order:  Legs>Back>Shoulders>Arms>Abs

A man’s sexual health is allow optimized by participating in physical activity on a regular basis.  Exercise stimulates hormones that are responsible for maintaining  a healthy sex drive.  Cardiovascular activity promotes blood flow and circulation which is key to a man’s sexual health.  The better shape that a man is in the better his sexual stamina will be while performing. Exercise also has a relaxing effect on the body that will translate to better sexual experiences.  Becoming more physically fit will or just losing 10 lbs. can boost the self image of an individual, male or female.

TRAINING TIPS:  Consume a diet full of many different types of vegetables and nutrients. Make cardiovascular activity an integral part of your weekly workout schedule.  Make sure to mix in some bouts of higher intensity exercise as well. (sprints, biking, sports etc.)

Joint aches and pains (lower backs, shoulders, knees) plague men as well as women as they age.  Approximately, 70% to 85% of all Americans will experience some form of lower back issue in their lifetime.  As we age, both men and women have to focus on strengthening the muscle in and around these joints of the body.  They must be strong in order to take the pressure off of the weight of the body from the joints.

TRAINING TIPS: Weight training is great for strengthening both bone and muscle.  Take classes like pilates and yoga which focus on using the bodies weight as resistance and promote flexibility.  Flexibility is one of the keys to efficient human movement and eradicating joint pain.

Make sure to utilize some or all of these training tips the next time that you exercise.  Exercising with a purpose in mind ,men, can add both quantity and quality to the amount of years you spend on this earth.
