The modem on the printer is a 33.6k bps SuperG3 fax modem. This smart modem has the ability to send a fax at the rate of a page every 2 seconds. Should the connection be to a modem that cannot receive at that rate, the 4750e will automatically slow down the transmission rate matching the receive rate of the machine that it is connected to. Memory supplied with the 4750e is 8MB, which can store 600 pages. In a networked situation, where more memory is required, there are options that can increase the memory to 40MB.
Brother designed the 4750e with flexibility in mind. When the 4750e was designed, both USB and parallel ports were included in the design of the machine. This simple fact insures that should the 4750e be purchased as an initial stand alone fax/copier/printer, it would have the ability to be incorporated into a network environment when the business expands. This networking capability allows the 4750e to be accessed by multiple computers in the network environment.
The printer is supplied with a single 250 sheet front loading paper tray. The 4750e has the allows for the addition of a second 250 sheet front loading paper tray. The utilization of two paper trays allows for the use of both legal and letter sized paper. When a fax is received the 4750e automatically senses the length of the fax and will automatically select which is the appropriate tray to fit the size of the fax.
Brother provides 2 different sized toner cartridges. The 4750e is provided with a 3k toner cartridge. For more economical use, Brother also provides a high yield 6k toner cartridge. The use of the larger cartridge provides for higher economy as the cost per printed page is lowered.
When used as either a copier or printer, the 4750e prints pages at rates up to 15 pages per minute. Pages are printed in a 600 X 600 dpi resolution. Copies can be made in either enlarged or reduced mode. Enlargements of documents can be up to 200% and reductions of down to 50%. When utilized as a copier up to 50 pages can be loaded into the automatic document feeder. Up to 99 copies of each page can be selected at one time.
Businesses who utilize a PBX system can suffer telephone outages when power is lost. The IntelliFax-4750e includes a handset that can be utilized as an emergency telephone source. What makes a PrintHead inject ink on the paper it is printing !? Any Printer!?
I was wondering what is a drive for latest or even older models of inkjet printers inject ink on paper, and how much of that is related to wires, connectivity, age of printhead or printer and by the way we are talking about an average working printer, Not talking about a Cligged up head or a cartridge without ink or things of that sort .
Most of all I want things that you can track down on schematic chart of the machine. thnaks
