the difference between 45 degrees quilling fringer and a 90, does it affect the outcome.?
I do mean quilling and not quilting. I need someone with quilling or a/k/a paper fillagree knowledge. I am debating which one is better because they r so expensive. Now I find there r two kinds. 45 degrees and 90 degrees? Please help?
Quilling is a forgotten talent, or so it looks, I was sent pics of both didnt see the difference so I really need some one who knows quilling
