Where can I find a tool that I can download to put a censored sign in my videos?
What I mean is a tool I can use to censor anything anywhere in my videos in Windows Movie Maker, a for the most part pretty basic movie editor. Nothing fancy, just a sizeable black square you can download to put into your videos. Thanks!!!!
I would just import into a swf and put it on that ( adobe flash )
